Easter Morning
The Easter Bunny came, despite the presence of a very scary dog in the house. The kids got bored with the egg hunt fairly early on, and they never did find the "golden egg."

Egg Hunt at the Library
We (that's the big WE, which includes Dixie, the dog we [little we] are watching over spring break) went to the Brentwood library for the annual egg hunt. The eggs were cleverly hidden on top of the grass.

Grandma's Birthday
We made a quick trip to Cincinnati to say "Happy 70th Birthday" to Monkey Grandma. Fortunately the trip was short because we completely forgot to bring our suitcase (which was fully packed and sitting on the floor at home).
We ate dinner at Grandma's and got to see a bunch of the family. It was also DJ's 18th Birthday, which is pretty cool, and we got to see him as well.
