Twins Birthday

Sledding
We had another bit of a let-down when it comes to snow promised vs. snow delivered again this week, but at least there was enough this time for the kids to try out sledding. Needless to say, they loved it.

101 Year Old Lauren
For Lauren's 101st day of school she dressed up like she was 101 years old. The funniest part of the whole thing is that they postponed the celebration by 1 day because a snow day last week changed when the official 101st day of school would fall. I can see why they would hate to get that wrong.

Lauren Honored at the Frist Center Art Museum
Lauren's artwork was one of two pieces chosen from the kindergartener's at her school to be shown at the "Superintendent's Exhibit" at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in downtown Nashville. There was a formal reception today and we got to see her artwork hanging in the gallery.

Snow, Sort Of...
We had been promised 3 - 6" by the weather people, but all we got was a feeble dusting. At least I was able to keep my promise to Beth and a build a snowman with her.

Swim Team
Lauren loves her newest activity -- the Y's swim team. I got to watch her practice today. She's a great swimmer.
