Inclined Railway
This train ride was pretty neat. We didn't have anywhere to go, but it claims to be the steepest one in the world, so we had to do it. It's pretty steep.
Ruby Falls
Even though the kids did nothing but complain the whole time we were slowly making our way through the cave, they later said that this was the best part of the trip to Chattanooga.
We Saw Rock City
Well, it was pretty cool and definitely worth the trip to Chattanooga (even though it's really in Georgia). Anyway, everyone had a good time seeing Rock City and the weather couldn't have been better. There are also lots more pictures in Image Gallery 75.

Swim Banquet
We had an hour and a half of the banquet and 30 minutes of swimming -- some of us thought maybe it should have been the other way around. Anyway, there were lots of medals and ribbons for the kids and they all did great this year.

Swim Championship - Night 2
Tonight was Lauren's night for the championship (though Jacob did get the call to suit up, but then they had an extra swimmer at the last minute and he didn't get to go). Lauren's big thing tonight was that she dove off the blocks for the first time. She also did an individual medley, which is a lot of swimming. She did pretty well considering she was swimming against 8-year-olds and she beat her previous best time. We also got to see our friends Bradford and Michelle swim.

Swim Championship - Night 1
Jake and Beth had their swim team championship meet tonight. Because the pool was big enough, they could run boys on one side and girls on the other. That meant that Jake and Beth were swimming at almost identical times. We were able to run back and forth and see them, though. They both did really well -- we won't get final results until next week. Lauren has her championship tomorrow.
