Twins Turn Five
It's a big milestone when you turn 5 -- Kindergarten, shots, etc., at least that's what Lauren has been telling Jake and Beth all of this time. Today it finally happened for them (actually it doesn't happen for two more days, but they didn't like it when anyone pointed that out). Here are a few pictures from one whale of a party:

More Fun on the Slopes
It got a little bit cooler today, and the sun went away. We also saw some pretty neat wind blowing around the snow. We still had a great time skiing and the kids all had fun today, too. Nobody wants to go home. Unfortunately, we have to drive back to Denver tonight.

Awesome Day for Skiing
The weather was perfect today. It was sunny, clear and in the low 40's. We had so much fun skiing. The kids all went to ski school. We were a little worried about how it would go, but all three of them loved it and want to do it again all day tomorrow.

Tubing
We got here too late to go skiing today, but we rode the gondola up the mountain and went tubing for an hour. I thought the kids would be scared when I realized how fast the tubes go down the hill, but they had a lot of fun.
Vail is Beautiful
We left Denver and carpooled to Vail. The roads were a little icy (they had been closed earlier today) but we made it fine. The traffic was worse than the ice. We've got a nice condo with a good view and the weather is looking pretty nice right now.
Flight to Denver
We're off to visit Uncle Mike (and Sarah) in Denver. The flight was no big deal to the kids because they are such experienced fliers.

Swim Meet
We went to a very crowded swim meet at a very small YMCA in Donelson. Lauren swan in six events and did very well. She was pretty tired at the end of it all. Jen had fun because she got to babysit the coach's newborn. Here are a few pictures:
