Carnival at the Mall
The kids were so excited to see a carnival at the mall that they were able to talk us into going there. For a mall carnival, it wasn't too bad. We spent about an hour (and probably $50) there. The best part was the ferris wheel. Beth was too scared and Jen had to wait with her down below.

New Neighbor
I thought this guy, out in front of our yard, was too cool to pass up (I mean the one on the right):
