Bethy's Ear -- Good News

Beth has had a horrible ear infection with a highly-resistant strain of bacteria. Jen got her into the ENT today. At first they thought she might need surgery to remove her PE tube, but while the doctor was suctioning out some of the infection in her ear canal, the tube popped out. Her ear drum itself is fine and she won't need any surgery -- just antibiotics flushed into her canal. If the tube had still been in, she might have had a lot of problems ahead of her.

A Day In The Park

The weather has been excellent this weekend. Today we all went to the park. The kids got to play on the playground. Beth learned to climb up a very scary ladder by herself. Jake found some soccer balls out on the field to play with. Everyone liked throwing flowers off the bridge and watching them float down the river. See pictures in the Image Gallery

Potty Training

For those of you that are interested in this kind of thing, Beth has really started to do well with her potty training. She's been to school, the kids' gym at the Y and even out to dinner without diapers or an accident. For those of you who don't care about this kind of thing, sorry I brought it up.

Obligatory Bath Pictures

They're not worthy of an entire gallery of pictures, but the bubbles got out of hand and Jen had to take some pictures, so here they are:

Landon's Birthday

The run of birthdays comes to a close today with baby Landon's birthday. I couldn't go because I had to work. Jen didn't bring the camera, so we don't have any pictures to share, but we do want to wish him a very happy birthday and good year to come.
